Our in-house developed Rotrex kit for the NA or NB 1.6 and 1.8 models.

Using CNC milling, this premium kit is all billet 6061-T6 aircraft grade aluminium.

We have spend years to perfect this design, the placement has been tweaked in order to get the best possible placement, the supercharger sits low in the enginebay, away from the hot exhaust and somewhat hidden away making for a clean install.

For maximum rigidity, the kit has 5 contact points with the engine, this in turn ensures no flexing in the bracket, no matter how hard the belt is to be tightened.

The bracket itself is installed with only 5 bolts ( plus 2 internally in the bracket) making for an easy install. Most of the bracket along with the Rotrex unit can be assembled outside the car and the whole unit can be installed as one. Only the last couple of bolts needs to be tightened on the car.

The kit utilizes two tensioners, a static tensioner in the form of the alternator, and a dynamic tensioner between the supercharger and the crank pulley.

The kits come as standard in black hard anodizing. 

All faceplates will have a unique serial number etched into front.

All bolts, pulleywheel, tensioner as well a new 4PK belt is included in the kit.

As this is a custom product produced by me to you, please allow 2-4 weeks of production time before shipping.

Be aware!

The threaded side of the alternator needs to be drilled out to make space for the bolt supplied in the kit that connects both sides of the alternator with the bracket.

The kit utilizes the mounting holes for the intake brace, this needs to be removed in order to mount the Rotrex bracket.

In the near future, the kit can be supplied with intake piping using the standard airbox as well as a highly efficient SLS water to air intercooler.
